Frequently Asked Questions
FAQs and Policies
We will do everything possible to make your stay at Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast most enjoyable. To assist you in your reservation process, we have listed some of the most frequently asked questions about our lodging below. Please take a few minutes to review them, and feel free to contact us if you have any further questions about our accommodations near Hot Springs, AR.
Do you collect a deposit?
Tiffany's Bed and Breakfast is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. One night's payment is required to reserve each room (or one-half of the total charges for packages) at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance for your stay will be collected at check in.
What is your cancellation policy?
When we reserve a room for you, we agree to turn away all other requests for the room you select and guarantee to hold it for the nights you reserved. We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy, therefore we strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance.
Should you find it necessary to cancel your reservation 10 or more days prior to arrival, you will be charged $25. Cancellations received less than 10 days prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the stay, including packages and add-on items that cannot be returned.
Once you arrive, you are responsible for each night of your reservation as well as packages and add-ons, even if you are required to shorten your visit. *A 30-day cancellation notice is required on group bookings.
What if the weather is bad?
If the roads into Hot Springs and/or the airport in Little Rock are closed, a credit voucher will be issued in the amount of your paid deposit, and is valid for one year. Tiffany’s Bed and Breakfast cannot be responsible for weather conditions at guests’ point of origin and our standard cancellation policy will apply.
Should I purchase Travel Insurance?
YES! As a small bed and breakfast, we require your commitment to your reservation. Reservations are accepted with the understanding you will be financially responsible for the entire period reserved. We cannot be responsible for illness, family emergencies, work conflicts, inclement weather or canceled flights. We highly recommend purchasing trip cancellation insurance, available at a nominal cost from any travel agency or online at insuremytrip.com or travelsafe.com These companies are independent and not affiliated with our bed and breakfast, nor do we endorse any insurance company. We do not sell travel insurance.
Do you allow Additional Guests & young children?
Guest rooms are limited to two adults per room. One child 10 years old and up is welcome in The Ouachita only (rollaways or cribs are not available). A $20 charge per night.
Do you allow smoking?
We do not permit smoking anywhere on the property. Guests who choose to disregard our policy will be subject to a $500 cleaning fee, and the bed & breakfast will be compensated for lost future revenue by smokers whose smoking renders a room unacceptable for incoming guests.
Are you pet friendly?
We love pets! In fact, we have 2 indoor cats and a dog (not allowed in guest rooms). Therefore, we ask that you do not bring your own, as ours are quite jealous and prefer that you give all your attention to them. Our home includes shared spaces and an assistance animal could create a health or safety hazard (EX: allergies or potential issues with other animals), therefore we are unable to accept guest pets or assistance animals.
What are the Check-In and Check-Out times?
Check-in: 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We will greet you at check in and show you to your room. Therefore, if your expected arrival time changes, please notify us. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 12:00 PM.
Is there Wi-Fi onsite?
We have full Internet capacity and a landline phone; however, cell phone service is very limited unless you use Wi-Fi calling. If you need an emergency contact number, please use our landline phone: 501-865-6060.
